Contest Recap:
As some of you might now, I've got a webcomic going called Fey Winds, and it's been around since roughly the Stone Age. As some of you might also know, I'm getting closer to both the 300 page mark and finishing up the page-retouching so I can make Volume 2 of the comic in print! Since 300 pages is reason to celebrate, and also because I want to showcase some fan art in Volume 2, I'm holding a sort of mini-contest!

But for the gist of it: I'm going to give sketch commissions and/or original pencil pages of the comic to the folks whose art is featured in Volume 2 (and post everybody's work on the site for thereabouts of page 300). Just send me some pictures before June 1st (feywinds at gmail.com)!
Commission info: CLOSED! I'm not taking commissions right now (but should I have time to take any on, I'll post about it here!)

If you're looking to learn art the best way forward for me was the simplest: learn about drawing first (the basics, and ideally on paper so you don't have to worry about a computer's quirks at first) and then keep practicing and drawing until the cows come home!
